Data collected for various purposes are treated and processed under terms approved by the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD). The Sustainable Habitat Cluster requires, from the holder of personal data, free and explicit consent for the processing of these, in the various categories, such as commercial relationships, contractual or pre-contractual relationships, audits, integrity and safety of facilities and equipment, in financial management and accounting and also for advertising, communication or marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

2. FORM OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h5>\n

Despite the risks that the circulation of data entails, such as unauthorized access, misappropriation, misuse, loss and alteration, the Sustainable Habitat Cluster internally has measures that allow these risks to be circumvented, without prejudice to the fallibility of data protection measures. security of the Internet or other tools used by the Sustainable Habitat Cluster.<\/p>\n

However, whenever there is a data retention period imposed by law, Cluster Habitat Sustent\u00e1vel reserves the right not to execute the request, informing the holder of the personal data of the respective reasons.<\/p>\n

The holder of personal data has the right to lodge a complaint or statement with the Control Authority in Portugal, the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).<\/p>\n

4. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES<\/h5>\n

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and after prior consent from the holders of personal data, Cluster Habitat Sustent\u00e1vel may transmit them to third parties, in accordance with what is defined in number 10 of article 4 of the GDPR, in compliance with legal duties, regulatory, pre-contractual or contractual obligations, namely public authorities responsible for control and auditing duties and\/or partners in activities, projects or services.<\/p>\n

Likewise, the Sustainable Habitat Cluster may, throughout its activity, subcontract other entities to process personal data on its behalf, after prior consent from the holders of the personal data. In these cases, Cluster Habitat Sustent\u00e1vel will only use subcontractors that present sufficient guarantees of carrying out appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing meets the requirements of this Privacy Policy and ensures the defense of the rights of the Holder of personal data.<\/p>\n
