This rehabilitation process also aims to eliminate or reduce demolitions and debris, allow for the phased timing of interventions, and not disrupt the normal use of the house. In an economic context where urban rehabilitation presents an opportunity for the construction sector in Portugal, InovaDomus seeks to promote cooperation among companies in the housing cluster, anticipate market trends, and stimulate innovation.<\/p>\n
