The event also counted with the presence of Dr. Susana Esc\u00e1ria on behalf of the General Secretariat for the Environment and Energy Transition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" data-contents=\"true\">The opening of the event was conducted by Prof. Victor Ferreira, president of Cluster Habitat Sustent\u00e1vel, and by Architect Jaime Silva of CONCEXEC &#8211; Arquitetura, Lda., after which a framework of the EEA Grants Program and the Environmental Fund was presented by Dr\u00aa.
