Representing an innovative solution for thermal and acoustic insulation, the application of Gyptec’s drywall together with the Lambourdé plate of expanded cork agglomerate allows for astonishing results in terms of insulation performance and finish. This system significantly reduces the energy needs for heating and cooling buildings.
This joint application constitutes an ideal solution for rehabilitation. It consists of the expanded cork agglomerate with two embedded wooden strips (thus improving the mechanical fixing of the application) and the Gyptec drywall, which contributes to insulation and enables a perfect finish. This new system stands out due to the advantage of allowing quick and direct attachment to the existing wall using Gyptec accessories, thereby avoiding the use of metal structures.
It is also noteworthy that this innovative solution will be presented to the public at the 25th International Construction Materials Fair – Concreta 2011, from October 18 to 20 at Exponor, this year focused on the theme of Rehabilitation and Sustainability.
Convinced of its appeal, we are pleased to invite you to visit us at Stand 2C38 of Amorim Isolamentos, where Gyptec will also be present. An ecological and sustainable solution developed and optimized by national companies, aimed at the comfort and well-being of the consumer.
