For Cluster Habitat Sustentável, the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data of its associates, customers or partners is very important. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and after prior consent from the holders of personal data, Cluster Habitat Sustentável may transmit them to third parties, in accordance with what is defined in number 10 of article 4 of the GDPR, in compliance with legal duties, regulatory, pre-contractual or contractual obligations, namely public authorities responsible for control and auditing duties and/or partners in activities, projects or services.

Likewise, the Sustainable Habitat Cluster may, throughout its activity, subcontract other entities to process personal data on its behalf, after prior consent from the holders of the personal data.
