Project Overview:
The certification of building materials is a necessity for companies in the construction sector and for consumers who want to acquire energy efficiency practices that comply with the legislation imposed. The project aims to create a voluntary energy certification label in order to standardize and make more accessible information on the energy efficiency of building materials.
Activities to be carried out:
1) Development of the technical reference to support an energy efficiency label.
2) Characterization of materials and construction solutions.
3) Simulation of the energy impact of materials and construction solutions.
4) Image and communication plan. Label creation process, in terms of image for presentation to the general public.
5) Project coordination and management.
