The aim of the project is to find a product capable of translating into a technically and commercially viable vertical partitioning solution, characterized by the following guidelines:

1. To be a solution that reduces Construction Times;

2. Allow a significant reduction in on-site waste;

3. Excellent thermal, acoustic and fire resistance characteristics;

4. Present a Competitive Cost;

5. To be a lightweight, prefabricated, modular and easy-to-install solution;

6. Integrating infrastructure;

7. Ensure structural stability conditions, including seismic resistance;

8. Allow a wide range of options in terms of Aesthetic Finishes;

9. Incorporate materials with low environmental impact, preferably natural materials (such as cork or biomass), recyclable and/or degradable, and allow for the selective removal, reuse and recycling of materials at the end of their life.
