This session, moderated by the University of Aveiro, began with a presentation of the ACTIVAS project and the respective solutions developed within its scope, followed by a moment in which external experts had the opportunity to provide their opinion on the project and ask questions, and also a moment of identification of the main advantages and disadvantages in relation to the different solutions presented.
The session ended with a voting moment, in which the most relevant advantages and disadvantages were selected, from the point of view of the invited experts.

The main objective of the ACTIVAS – Built Environments for an Active, Safe and Healthy Life project is to investigate, develop and demonstrate in a real environment a set of “active & healthy life” solutionsthat promote the provision of intelligent support products and services to the proximity and health care network.
The ACTIVAS consortium, led by Kentra Technologies has 12 business entities and eight non-business entities from the Habitat, TICE and Health value chains, and has been developing, under the motto “live well and healthy in your home and with the quality you deserve” , a set of technological solutions to support an evolving habitat, which transforms and adapts, accompanying all stages of life.
