Ci – Confidential Property is an independent magazine, geared to meet the information needs of real estate professionals in the context of decision making as to investments and sales strategies.
It specializes in the production and dissemination of market analysis indicators, stopping indexes and unique databases on investment and on the buying and selling markets and fires lease with detail the parish. Activity has two complementary business areas: publishing and producing market analysis indicators.
At the publishing level, it owns the magazine Confidencial Imobiliário, which is the oldest periodic publication focused on the Portuguese real estate market.
Launched in 1988, it stands out for its market analysis content. With a circulation of 1,000 copies, its readers are decision-makers from various sectors such as banking, promotion, consulting, and real estate mediation, as well as the public administration, local and central.
Regarding the production of market indicators, it processes various databases, developed by itself, such as the SIR – Residential Information System, or obtained through agreements with partner entities such as ADENE – Energy Agency and the real estate portal LardoceLar.com.
