Formed in 1987 an SGII (Sociedade de Gestão e Investimento Imobiliário) to manage the Group’s property assets, RAR Imobiliária S.A. adopted its present name in 1991.
Since then, it has broadened its activities to include the development and marketing of high quality residential properties. Over the years, having built a track record of constant innovation, focus on sustainability and insistence on perfection and quality, RAR Imobiliária has become a leading brand in the property market synonymous with security and certainty of a good investment.

The company is certified according to ISO 9001, in Quality Management System and by ISO 14001, for Environmental Management System. RAR Imobiliária is also the first company in the real estate sector to be certified according to NP 4457, implementing the System of Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I). These recognitions were granted by SGS ICS.
