“Paths to Digitalisation in Construction”
On November 20, the CONCRETA 2024 Fair hosted the event ‘Paths to Digitalisation in Construction’, organised by Cluster Habitat Sustentável, the Institute for Sustainable Construction (ICS-FEUP) and APCMC.
This event, which addressed the current state of digital product passports and other aspects of digitalisation in the construction of a more sustainable Habitat, was also attended by the companies Casais, Grupo Preceram, Magnético and StratBIM. (See more)

Cluster Habitat Sustentável visited a number of associates present at the Concreta 2024 fair, and also had the opportunity to see the display of strong co-operation initiatives between associates, such as the one at the fair involving the companies Gyptec, Volcalis, Perfisa and Mapei, which presented a joint construction solution.

“8th National Meeting of the Efficient Windows and Facades Sector”
Cluster Habitat Sustentável took part in the 8th edition of the National Meeting of the Efficient Windows and Facades Sector, at the round table ‘Challenges and opportunities for the windows sector in 2025’. The event, which took place on 21 November, was organised by ANFAJE under the theme ‘Construction 4.0: The Intelligent Future of Windows and Façades’. (See more)

“Guaranteed Sustainability: The Impact of Environmental Certifications on the Sector”
On 22 November, Cluster Habitat Sustentável took part in the ‘Learn & Lunch: Ensuring Sustainability: The Impact of Environmental Certifications on the Sector’ panel, organised by the Ordem dos Engenheiros – Northern Region, as part of the ‘Engineering and Sustainability: Designing the Future, Today!’ initiative. During its talk, the Cluster presented the DAPHabitat System and the important role of Environmental Product Declarations (EPD).
