This date is very significant as it marks another turning point for global environmental conservation with regard to the use and improper disposal of plastic elements, marking a fundamental step towards sustainable production and consumption, the protection of the oceans and the restoration and preservation of ecosystems.
In the different sectors of the Habitat value chain, the commitment to sustainability must include the reduction of single-use plastics in the different processes related to construction, the replacement with recyclable materials of natural origin, the implementation of circular waste reuse systems and the integration of solutions that promote less environmental impact.
