This project involves an innovative approach to internationalisation, based on a process of business creation in value-added markets, aimed at concerted commercial action by 5 groups from the habitat sector in international market segments such as the supply or construction of hotels, hospitals, schools, urban developments and environmental infrastructures.
During their involvement in the working groups, participating companies will have access to, among other benefits:
1 – The ranking and comparison of 33 priority international markets and their selected market segments;
2 – Involvement in internationalisation decision-making processes with potential partners with complementary and synergistic skills;
3 – Advanced Competitive Intelligence methodologies, capable of reducing the risks and uncertainties of internationalisation, as well as reinforcing certainty in the application of the best strategies for each of the high-potential markets selected by the entrepreneurs;
4 – Privileged contacts in high-potential markets and their decision-making centres for potential business deals.
