The “Cooperate to Rehabilitate” project, funded by the National Strategic Reference Framework (QREN), aims at two main areas of action: the network cooperation among companies, to develop skills and business opportunities in the field of urban regeneration, and the creation of the “Rehabilitate concept by InovaDomus,” a plan of best practices for the rehabilitation of existing buildings that will be applied in a pilot house.
This initiative will result in a guide of best practices for rehabilitating the existing housing stock, which should be useful, straightforward, practically applicable, and representative of the most common issues and solutions.
With this initiative, InovaDomus aims to anticipate market trends, stimulate innovation among various companies, and contribute to the development of the national economy, within an economic context where urban rehabilitation is a focus for the construction and real estate sectors.
