As a Competitiveness Cluster focused on the Habitat value chain and recognized by the Portuguese Government in 2009 and then in 2017, the management and promotion project of Cluster Habitat Sustentável aimed at framing and developing activities to support and foster structuring actions for the cluster in the period before referred.
Main Project Activities:
Here, we highlight some of the actions included in this project to promote Cluster Habitat Sustentável, which took place within the following areas of action:
“Interclustering and international networks“
– Promotion of the relationship with other national and international clusters;
– Participation in relevant international networks for the Cluster and its Associates.
“Promotion and Dissemination of the Cluster“
– Promotion and dissemination of the Sustainable Habitat Cluster at a national and international level;
– Participation in fairs and other relevant events for the Habitat value chain;
– Organization of thematic events with and for its Members;
– Promotion of the collective brands of the Cluster: DAPHabitat, SIG HABITAT, Selo da Sustentabilidade;
– Promotion of Cluster Habitat Sustentável in the media;
– Update of the Cluster websites.
“Intelligence, Monitoring and Evaluation“
– Prospective surveillance and intelligence actions on relevant markets and trends;
– Monitoring of indicators, targets and results of the Cluster and Structuring Projects;
– Mobilization of national and international projects and partnerships.
“Cooperation and Animation of Working Groups“
– Stimulation of the Cluster’s work groups through different actions or initiatives within the structuring areas defined in the Cluster’s action plan;
– Meetings with Associates to satisfy needs through actions promoted within the scope of the work groups.
“Cluster and projects coordination and management“
– Meetings and visits to Associates and potential associates;
– Cluster management and strategy meetings (General Meetings, Management, Strategic Council).
“Cluster Training and Training“
– Training of entities in collaboration with their Associates through thematic workshops;
– Collaboration with intermediary bodies;
– Supply of qualified information to Cluster Members.
