Project Overview:
The DEGREN PLUS project aims to improve the participation of the business community in innovation processes and R&D+i activities in the EUROACE Region (Alentejo and Centro in Portugal, and Extremadura, in Spain), in the field of Ecodesign applied to strategic areas of specialization, contributing towards a more resource-efficient and competitive economy, as well as the broader objectives of the “European Green Deal”, including the Circular Economy Agenda.
Funding:
The POCTEP programme promotes cross-border development and cooperation with ERDF funds along the Spain-Portugal border.
The Interreg Spain-Portugal Programme (POCTEP) 2021-2027 is the EU’s largest cross-border cooperation programme, with a total budget of 427 million euros s (ERDF for projects 299 million).
