Project Overview:
The project aims to test a prototype of a Knowledge Management solution (technological platform and management system model), capable of covering and supporting the entire operational and management side of Contacto-Sociedade de Construções,S.A. as well as other construction companies, thereby increasing quality and productivity levels.
In this context, it involves dissemination within the international network, improving the quality of information, improving the quality and efficiency indices of construction processes and valuing and boosting the company’s Human Capital.
